Suzanne is the founder of Women Muscles.
I’m 27 years old fitness fanatic and I’ve been working out since around the age of 20. I was given a free membership with university and decided to make the most of it.
Since then I completed my degree and after that, I figured I should get my personal training certificate. I love my job in web design but I also love helping other women to be their best selves and push as hard as they can.
My specialities lie within weight training and toning.
Bethany is Women Muscles resident weight-loss expert.
Formerly 15 stone, Bethany dropped 6 stone in the space of a year thanks to a strict diet and exercise plan.Bethany hits the gym around 4 times a week and credits her consistent weight on her love for the gym mixing cardio with weights for a balanced workout.
Bethany is an expert in all things weight loss and diet, having tried everything in the book.
Joanne, or Jo is the newest member of the Women Muscle team.
Jo has been a personal trainer for over 10 years in London and has trained some of the UK’s top celebrities including reality TV stars, chef’s and presenters.
Joanne is our fitness know it all having studied physiotherapy for a number of years. She knows all about the workings of our bodies and is an expert and how to make the most of your workouts.
